Is there a way to select all the data within a column without having to scroll up and down?

On my spreadsheet, I have over 200 lines of data I need to copy. The first 2 lines are the top header which I DO NOT want to copy. Instead of holding "Shift" and selecting the top of the data and scrolling down to the bottom, is there a way to select a cell and hit a shortcut to highlight the cells that have data? I hope this makes sense.

Thank you and God bless,
Craig

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
I figured it out
Ctrl+Shft+Arrow.

Thank you for looking.
