Set chart axis values via cell values

Using Excel 2010, is there a way to specify the minimum and maximum axis values of a chart in CELLS rather than have to go through the entire process of using the Chart Tools? For example, entering the values of "-10" and "10" in specified cells would set the minimum and maximum values of the "x" axis to "-10" and "10".

Perhaps a vba program?

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
You can always add additional series and tie them to a cell. However, Excel may try and shift the axis min and max and add space above and below your points.

Also, if a point in your graph series goes above/below these points, the chart will still expand.

VBA would be the best option for locking them down and linking to a cell.
