Does anyone know how I can have the data starting at 1,135,797,339 on one vertical axis and data on 416 on another vertical axis? is this possible in 100% stacked bar-chart?

a 1,135,797,339 £416 25%
b 641,857,707 £235 14%
c 491,876,892 £180 11%
d 585,160,454 £214 13%
e 767,316,134 £281 17%
f 981,359,472 £359 21%

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
You don't want to stack values like 1,135,797,339 with values like £416. They are many orders of magnitude different, and obviously reflect different classes of data.

Your easiest way to show these together is to make two charts; size and position them so they look good together.

I've left the chart borders for illustration purposes. You should probably remove them.
