Good morning! I have a worksheet that currently gets refreshed based on a data connection to Project Online (PWA) for resources hours being booked to projects and I currently use this information to update budgeting spreadsheets to show budget vs actual for 10 different budgets in a different format. As it can range from 2 resources to 100 resources per budget on any given month, it becomes quite cumbersome and time consuming. Is there a way to use the data from the refreshed report and automatically update my other worksheets in the format we need to show it in (the format could probably be simplified as well, just haven't found the best way as of yet). I have to show the budget vs actual in two different manners, at the project level as well as per resource.
I have attached images of what the report I refresh looks like as well as an image of the current format of the budget spreadsheet.
Any insight or information is greatly appreciated!!
