Writing or Modifying file properties using Shell32 library in VBA

Hi,
I am writing a program to read and write file properties in VBA. Using Shell32 am able to read the properties and list it out, but unable to write it back after modifications. I am looking to update the Tags and Comments properties, also any other properties won't hurt. Any help on this will be great.
