    Analysis count and preferably graph of issues open

    I have data that consists of dates/times an IT Helpdesk ticket was opened, and when it was closed. What I would like is a count for each day how many were open (and thus being worked on). Ideally ending in a format where I can put it in a line/column graph. Can anyone point me in the right...
