How can I display the max text value from a range
I have a data sheet that contains ratings for about 100 course leaders at my company. There are 56 date columns in ascending order from left to right going back 7 years (we conduct 8 courses a year), If an employee led that particular course, they are assigned one of 6 ratings and it's listed...- Didas007

Max Function with a name
I need to come up with a Max function that will return both a name and a value. I have Name in Column A and value in Column B. I need the function to return the highest value in Column B and the name associated with that value. Thanks!- againey7987
