    Multiple Data Validation in one cell

    I am trying to get 2 data validations in one cell I am using the formula =AND(COUNTA($E3:$P3)<=1,C2>0,D2>0) I am needing there to be only 1 item between e3-p3 But C2 and D2 must be filled out before any info is entered into e3-p3 Please help?
