    Getting rid of "Sum of" in PivotTables (2007)?

    How do I get my PivotTables to NOT say "Sum of" in the data headers? I was able to figure this out in Office 2003, but now cannot find the option! Also, on a related note--is there a way to make "Sum of" the default when adding data (rather than Count Of)?
