2 customs formatting on one cell

Hi

Is it possible to format a cell so if the user enter 1000, 2000, 3000 excel will show it as 1k, 2k, 3k etc and then when user enter in the same cell a number like 1000000, 2000000 then excel will display it as 1M, 2M, 3M etc.
