Question 1
can anyone help!
I am putting together a spreadsheet and what I would like If I type a number and in the next column the start date I would like to calculate in hours in the column next to the start date (expiry date) the day/hours this number e.g. section (is due to expire)

E.g
Section / Start date / Expiry Date
3 1/1/10 1/6/10, 14:00

Question 2
If a paper (through a date inserted) arrives later than the expiry date I would like a) Condition format the cell (or column) to go red and b) count that overdue date as 1
