2007 Chart Worksheet Scaling / Resizing

I would like to resize a chart to fill up a printed page by decreasing the page margins and adjusting scaling. This was a minor issue in MS Excel 2003. Why isn’t this an option in 2007? Is there a work around? Thanks.​
 

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
