I have a 2007 pivot table report that is working great. The ultimate report that I generate is a chart (not a pivot-chart.) In the Report Filter section of the pivot, I have a field called "Destination State." I have users that may select (All), 1 or multiple States for the pivot table that will then make its way to updating my chart.

What I need help with is a way to see the items being filtered. I can list all of the items in the field, but I haven't found a way to list just the items that are selected.

I then want to take that list and add it to the chart so that it is clear what States the chart is displaying.

Thanks for any help, ideas or links that you have.

Just to clarify, I have the list of 50 states in the report filter. I just want to see the 1 (or multiple) states the user has filtered.

So if a user selects CA, OR, WA to see only the west coast, I want to be able to see those 3 states so that I can put those into the chart.
