I am trying to write an IF statement but I have 3 outputs instead of just 2.

IF C2<date(2011,7,1) then="" n2="6<br"><DATE(2011,7,1) then N2 = 6

IF C2<DATE(2011,10,1) then N2 = 3<date(2011,10,1) then="" n2="3<br">

IF C2>DATE(2011,10,1) then N2 = 0

In words...If the date is before july 1, 2011 I need 6, if the date is between july 1 and september 30 I need 3, and after october 1 i need 0.</date(2011,10,1)></date(2011,7,1)>

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Nested IFs... By the time I figured out why it was editing my posts you already had your answer. :)
