How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Welcome to the MrExcel board!

1. What version of Excel are you using?

2. You should investigate the screen shot methods in my signature block below so that helpers can clearly see what columns/rows your data is in. Test them in the Test Here forum. That way, if something goes wrong, you won’t be messing up a main forum.

Sir since I don't know how to present my problem in table might as well put it in words.
I want to create a 15th-30th payroll.
My employees are Noel, Jeff and John.
Dated: April 15: Noel gross salary P6000.Deduction-0 Net Salary 6000.
Dated: April 15 Jeff gross salary P5000.Deduction-0:Net Salary 5000
Dated April 15: Jon gross salary P5000.:Deductions-0:Net Salary 5000

Dated:April 17:Noel get advance:2000
Dated April 20:Jeff get advance:500
Dated April 22:John gets 2000.

Problem:I want the advances of my employees be reflected on the next pay day on April 30.

Could you please help me on this scenario sir.

Thanks and more power.

Sir since I don't know how to present my problem in table
Did you try any of the 3 methods I suggested to do that?

Could you please help me on this scenario sir.
Quite possibly, but to decide the best method it would be helpful if you had answered my previous question 1. :)

Also, could any of your employees have a 2nd (or 3rd etc) deduction before the next pay day?
For example, could say John have another advance of $700 on April 24?
