Hi

I am creating a dashboard and i need 2 dropdown list with Month and Region.

I have a spreadsheet with all the data, but on another page would like to be able to use a dropdown list, for example select January then on another dropdown list select London and just those figures are viewed.

How do i create something like that?

Please can someone kindly help and point me in the right direction?

Many thanks

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Hi

Thanks for a quick response :0)

I think that's what i need?? I will give it a go.

Before i was just using vlookups and run the Regions down one column and the months along the top. But now i would like to use the drop down to pick the single data range

Thanks
