A formula that till a value in another cell is found remains blank

Cell N13 that contains this formula
=IF(ISBLANK(R6),"",IF(ROUND(O13-K13,2)=0,4,N6/O13))
Cell Q6 contains =SUM(E6:J6) and remains empty till a value is input into Cells E6:J6
I want N13 to remain blank till a value is shown in R6 and then to complete the rest of formula.
I hope this is possible.

No I had tried that with no lock.

Well it is =SUM(E6:J6) I have also used cell next to S6 it has =R6 to see if that worked

Wouldn't =SUM(E6:J6) result in 0 (zero), not Blank, if no values are in E6:J6 ?

In that case you would need to use

=IF(R6=0,"",IF(ROUND(O13-K13,2)=0,4,N6/O13))

or simply apply the same custom format to N13 that you have in R6
