Welcome. I'm trying to get a formula that enables me to fetch the last value in a column by several criteria. The product name (which may be repeated several times) is in column E and the date is in column A. I tried to put this formula in place. It actually brings the last value, but ignores the date requirement.

=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet1!$J$5:$J$10000;MATCH(2;1/(Sheet1!$E$5:$E$10000=B15)));"")

=IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet1!$J$5:$J$10000;MATCH(2;1/(Sheet1!$E$5:$E$10000=B15);MATCH(2;1/(Sheet1!$A$5:$A$10000<=B10))));"")

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Could we have some small dummy sample data and the expected results with XL2BB?
