A list contain value check column wise and sortby randomly list without duplicates

Hello

This is a list contains some values, I actually want this always randomly changed in new row without duplicates, I use this formula, this formula generate new random list than I manually sort and rearrange the list, and row wise its not duplicate, how I do this with formula, I attached a excel sheet please check and help me

=SORTBY(C1:C11, RANDARRAY(ROWS(C1:C11)))
