Good Morning,

I've been playing around with linked tables between access 2007 and outlook.

I can link an outlook inbox so i can view it in an access without too much trouble.

I can also set the outlook inbox so that I can view conversation threads.

The bit I'm struggling with is how to show the dates of the various bits of the conversation in a database field. The whole conversation thread is showign in the 'Contents' field but I'm only gettign the most recent date in the dates field. I really need the dates of all the bits of the conversation for reporting purposes.

Am I missing somethign obvious here? Any tips would be much appreciated.

Regards

Rob

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
