Access and edit description msg for textbox object?

I have copied a textbox from a sample workbook, this textbox is hyperlinked to another sheet in my workbook.

When the User places his mouse over this textbox object he sees a description.

How can I access this description and change it?
 

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
