I have inserted a command button on an Access form to print the current record on the form but it prints every record in the table.

Please help...

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
I would be tempted to Print a report rather than a form then set a filter to get the single record to print

DoCmd.OpenReport "HCLetter01", acPreview, , Me.Filter

Change the 'preview' after testing.
