I have an excel worksheet with multi sheets. Each sheet contains confidential information which belongs to a unit manager. Currently, I copy the information from each sheet to separate worksheet to attach it through email to each manager. I am wondering if there is a better way of doing it - Each manger to access only the sheet which contains the information belongs to him or her from the master worksheet.

Thanks for your time and help.

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
I wouldn't send the whole thing to anyone... excel security is easy gotten arround (even just by disabling macro sometimes.)

You can automatically send a specific worksheet to a certain email address... if that would make it quicker.

The short answer is not really.

the longer is is that you could have some sort of login and set all the worksheets to veryHidden except the one that is associated with the manager who logged in but it requires that macros are enabled on the receiving machine and can be broken by anyone who knows how to access the VB editor.

You could however automate the process of splitting the workbook up and emailing the individual books, subject to network security and Microsoft Exchange settings.
