Hi,

I have an Access report that takes the data from a query and prints it in pdf format.
The report has a sub report which list the courses taken by the registrants. The field, registrantsID is the link between the main and sub report.
If a registrant has taken two courses, when I print the pdf, it creates the report with both the courses duplicated on two pages rather than one page with both the courses.
But when a registrant has taken only one course, it correctly prints one report with that course listed.

Is it about report properties?

TIA

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
I do not think you need a subreport, just group on registrant and courses in the report.
