Evening,

Is it possible to have a "Paste Special-Values" icon on the quick access toolbar?

Yes. Go to the office icon button in the upper left hand corner of 2007. Click on Excel Options at the bottom of the window. Select Customize. Here you can add or delete what ever you want to the QAT.
