I have several workbooks being produced monthly and require that all staff can view the data at any given time.

For users with a PC this is no problem as they have access to all network drives and Excel 2007.

Most users however are on wyse terminals and dont have access to the drive where the workbooks are located and they also only have Excel 2007.

My first idea was to set up an intranet however this would require a web server and my employers would not be in a position to commit to this.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or have any ideas?

Thanks

Matt

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
You wouldn't need a Web server, just a file server visible on the same network. That could be any machine with a shared folder which users could map a drive to or access via UNC path.
