I am not very knowledgeable in these sort of things, but I have an old spreadsheet that has a button that executes a code that sorts some columns by conditions (combo boxes). I am trying to incorporate this on a spreadsheet that I am creating. How do I figure out what the code is on the button. I know how to do this in access (right click properties, etc) but this is not an option I see in excel.

thanks for the help,
Mike

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
View > Toolbars > Controls. Click on Design Mode. Right click the button and select View Code.

If it's a button from the Control Toolbox, you need to click the Design Mode icon at top left of the Toolbox. Then you can right click and select Properties or View Code (which will be in the module for the Worksheet). If it's a button from the Forms Toolbar you can right click and select Assign Macro.
