Actioning a macro after someone has pasted data

I have a macro which...ideally....would be good if it was actioned as soon as the user has pasted the data over

They are required to paste special values into cell B1

Once thats done I wondered if the macro could then be triggered

Everything seems to take place (from what I can see) as soon as you select B1...ie the macro seems to be starting to soon.

Anyone any ideas please

I don't think there are any mechanisms in Excel that can capture the copy + paste event.

I'm not too sure but perhaps you could make use of
Target Range from Worksheet_Change() event?
but it wouldn't recognize 'paste special'
