I am working with some charts, addressing them with vba.

There are some chartareas containing three charts, some only contain one. With brute force method, i could identify now 4 different "Activesheet.type"'s:

Code:
Activesheet.type = 1
Activesheet.type = 2
Activesheet.type = 3
Activesheet.type = 4

How can i see, what the numbers are meaning? Is there any overview-table?

i couldn t find it with F1 or the object catalog.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
What you are looking at is the deprecated Type property of a chart. What you should be using is the ChartType property instead, I would suggest.
