I have created a spreadsheet complete with directions that start on row 45. I recorded a macro for a button reading "click for directions." Click and it works perfectly scrolling down to row 45. My question is, is there a way to do this same thing with out it being a macro? This spreadsheet is getting sent to hunderds of people in my company and I dont think too many people know about enabling macros. I'm very new to code so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
You could place the cursor on the correct cell, then saving the file and sending it out.

Another method would be to use a hyperlink. Just Insert | Hyperlink and the rest is straightforward.

That is a good thought. I would however like it to be that they click the button and it scrolls down though. Not only does it look cleaner but if they actually know what they are talking about they shouldn't have to read these directions anyway. I guess a better question to ask since I've never written code is, when you insert code into the spreadsheet do the viewers have to enable anything like you do for a macro to make it work?

You need code for that, and yes, if users choose to not execute macro's your code will not work.
