can you create a formula to calculate this senario,


to IF K2<=K24 then 1, if not 0, but also IF the sum of K24 - K2 is > 5 then 0

=IF(K2<=24,1,IF(K21-5>5,0,""))

What doesn't work about it?

It follows the following logic:

If K2 <= K24 then it returns 1. Otherwise, if K24 - K2 > 5 then it returns 0. Otherwise it returns a blank.

sorry i copied and pasted, and you made a mistake referring to cell K21.
