In Column A I have a Product name and version number. The Version Number can be anywhere between 1 and 50. (For example Carrot v1, Orange v6, Potato v12.

In Column G I have the launch date

In Column L I have a removal date

So for example

(ROW NUMBER)Column AColumn GColumn L
(PRODUCT NAME)(LAUNCH DATE)(REMOVAL DATE)
2Potato v201/02/2021*(The * needs to be 60 days after Potato v3 - 03 May 2021 should be in L2
3Lemon v803/02/2021
4Potato v304/03/2021
5Aubergine v1206/03/2021

So in the asterisk starred cell L2, I want it to display a date 60 Days after the next version of that product launched. So, Potato v3 launched on 4 March 2021, so 60 days after that is 03 May 2021.
The length of the product name is not standard the V number can be 1 or 2 digits (Unfortunately, I cannot make it v01 to keep it consistent)

Anything like Lemon or Aubergine, where that is the current product just needs to remain blank, until a new version of that is launched.
Hope that makes sense!

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(LEFT(A2,FIND(CHAR(1),SUBSTITUTE(A2,"v",CHAR(1),LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,"v","")))))&SUBSTITUTE(A2,LEFT(A2,FIND(CHAR(1),SUBSTITUTE(A2,"v",CHAR(1),LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,"v",""))))),"")+1,$A$2:$B$6,2,FALSE)+60,"")
