Add a leading zero

I am trying to add a leading zero. I tried to do =TEXT and it did not work.

I just need an equals sign answer. The correct answers are under parcel 2

EDIT: Not sure if my columns are formatted wrong... I have them formatted as text

Excel Formula:
=TEXT(A2,"00000000")

I was doing it with
=TEXT(A2,"0")

and it was not working.

You are welcome.
Yes, the second argument in the Text function works just like a Custom format. You need to specify each of the digits in this case, since you want it to be 8 characters long.
