Add a row at the end of my table?? whit VB

Hi I have a table and wan't to ad a row at the end of my table becouse i have something down.
i wrote

Sub SI()

Dim ce As Range
Application.Goto Reference:="R1C1"
ActiveCell.CurrentRegion.Select
Set myRange = ActiveCell.CurrentRegion
myRange.CurrentRegion.Select

but i have inserted one row before?
whats wrong?
