Add Data from excel sheet to MSFLEXGRID control (Excel 2003 VBA)

Hi,

How can I add or send the data from excel sheet into MSFLEXGRID control on excel VBA form to show as a database(from same workbook which contain that grid form). And how do I get these data back into excel sheet from Grid (in same workbook which contain that grid form).
