In Excel 2010, why is there no Add-Ins Tab?

I don't have Excel 2010 -- is it not at Excel Options > Add-Ins as in 2007?

I have excel 2010 and I have an add-ins tab which has my custom menus and custom toolbars from my old office 2000.

I looked in the help menu and it stated the following.

Add or remove add-ins

Add-ins provide optional commands and features for Microsoft Excel. By default, add-ins are not immediately available in Excel, so you must first install and (in some cases) activate these add-ins so that you can use them.

Well this is interesting, Ive looked in the options>advanced, and see no check box to enable add-ins. Does anybody out there no how to enable add-ins in Excel 2010?

If it's like Excel 2007, after Excel Options, Add-Ins appears as the 7th item in the left menu.

go to

the file tab
click options
click Add-ins
at the bottom it says manage excel add-ins, click on the go button
You can then select any add-ins that you have added yourself.

I did see the manage Add-ins, and the "XY chart labeler" is checked. However, I do not have the XY chart labeler tool bar like I did when using 03. So that's my question, how can I get the XY chart Labler program to show itself, or how do I get the add ins tab to be visible...anybody else had this problem?

The latest version of Rob's addin has a new ribbon, as per notes on his webpage.

Ribbon UI - If you are running Excel 2007 or higher the XY Chart Labeler now provides you with an XY Chart Labels tab on the Excel Ribbon

Although I used the installed program I did not get the new ribbon stright away. I had to use the Addin dialog to unload and reload the addin.
