Add-ins

I am having a problem with rounding formulas. In a large workbook, my cells with multiple round formulas break and show ##s when I expand closed columns/rows. The only way I can get it back to work is going into tools, deselecting the add-ins and then re-adding them. Would anyone please know what my problem is? Thank you! Heidi
