I'm not sure if what I want to do is possible...

I have a workbook with 2 sheets. Sheet 1 is our web content inventory, including a Node ID that is unique. Sheet 2 is a weekly/monthly .csv import (manually done) from our content management system. It has the Node ID column that is unique. Sheet 2 can't contain formulas since it gets refreshed data regularly.

Is there a way to create a formula in Sheet 1 that will add new rows based on new Node IDs from Sheet 2? Sheet 2 will include new Node IDs from new pages created in our web CMS.

If this is not possible, is there some way to compare Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 Node ID column and show new rows in Sheet 2 without having a formula in Sheet 2?
