ADD SERIAL NO's AFTER APPLY FILTER IN DIFFERENT COLUMS

Hi ALL,

i HAVE A PROBLEM DURING MY WORK IN EXCEL BASED PACKING LISTS OF MY ORDERS.POINTS ARE BELOW.

SUPPOSED I DOWNLOAD A PACKING LIST AND A CARTON SERIAL NO'S FILE FROM CUSTOMERS WEBSITE IN EXCEL FORMAT,
DOWNLOADED SHEET IS IN EXCEL 97-2003 FORMAT.
NOW I M WORKING ON OFFICE 2007.
IN THE PACKING LIST THERE ARE MANY ITEMS AND DIFFERENT STORES.THEN I APPLY A FILTER TO A SPECIFIC ITEM SUPPOSED SELECT BED SHEETS AND STORE IS "A".
NOW SHOWING ONLY MY REQUIRED ITEM WHICH I WILL SEND TO STORE "A"
IT THIS STAGE I COPY THE REQUIRED CARTON SERIAL NO'S FROM DOWNLOADED CARTON SERIAL NO'S AND PAST IN TO SERIAL NO COLUMN...... OOPS NOW SOME SERIAL NO SHOWING OTHER ARE DISAPPEAR LIKE THIS.

NOW I REMOVE THE FILTER AND SEE THAT DISAPPEARED SERIAL NO'S ARE PASTED FOR OTHER ITEMS FOR EXAMPLE PILLOWS. WHICH DID NOT WANT.

PLEASE HELP ME IF ANY ONE CAN SOLVE MY ABOVE DESCRIBED PROBLEM.

1. Filter data
2. Copy Serial Numbers
3. Select cells to paste into but don't paste.
4. Hit F5 to display the GOTO dialog.
5. Click the Special button
6. Select "Visible cells only".
7. Paste in values
