I currently have the following formula =XLOOKUP(R2,Lookupdata!J:J,Lookupdata!K:K," ",0,1) where if the Lookupdata tab range of J:J meets the criteria of R2 it returns "Hospital Based Program" and that if functioning correctly. My current situation is I have a list of people who should meet this criterion but due to circumstances they could fall into a different category and thus miss getting labeled "Hospital Based Program", so what I want to accomplish is adding in those specific names into the formula so if their name appears in the initial tab in column G that the cell with the formula will still populate "Hospital Based Program".

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Something like this maybe?

=IF(ISNA(MATCH(A2,LookupData!Q:Q,0)),XLOOKUP(R2,Lookupdata!J:J,Lookupdata!K:K," ",0,1),"Hospital Based Program")

(I assumed "name of person" is in column A and column Q of LookupData contains a list of names to whom this applies)

I just realized I didn't provide the locations of the people's names and on which tab, so for the first reference to finding the name it's on the same tab as the formula (Sep23) in column G. If possible I'd like that part added onto the existing XLOOKUP formula.
