Add Toggle Filter to my Form

How can I add a Toggle/Filter button to my form?

I have a button now that takes me into Filter mode. But when I try to add a button to my form it will not work. I guess because I am in Filter mode???

I need this because I need users to use the form and filter the form. Most do not have the full version of access so they don't have any menu! Just the usable form.
