Add total in row

How can I add sum of numbers according to color in one row?
For example I want to find total of all numbers that are in cash. Cash columns are all highlighted in blue. Cash columns are in B3, E3, H3, K3, every third column.
Is there a formula for this?
I need to find total for other highlighted columns as well for each row.

Why not post a screen shot.
I usually avoid using format as a parameter.
