Adding a pause to allow PQ refresh in code

hi
i need to add a few second pause to allow the refresh to finish it goes too fast and doesnt complete
how would i add in code?

You could also try to disable the query background refresh. Can be found in the query properties

this worked perfectly
disbaling background refresh was not the solution as it was already unchecked
i need the pause to allowthe refresh to complete before copying the sheet
