How can I add one more blank row every time a certain word appears in a column (new row below the word)?

Thank you

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

Hi

How about

Code:
Sub bbb()
  For i = Cells(Rows.Count, "B").End(xlUp).Row To 2 Step -1
    If Cells(i, 2).Value = "YourWord" Then
      Cells(i + 1, 2).EntireRow.Insert
    End If
  Next i
End Sub
