I have a pivot Table containing 3 column

I would like to add 2 more columns

1) col D "Average 2011" This is the average of the values in col B/the number of months for eg D5 = 254302.42/6 , D6 = 69528.26/6 etc

2) Col D "average 2011"
This is the average of the values in col C/the number of months for eg E5 = 248033.7/6 , E6 = 70659.69/6 etc

It would be appreciated if you would advise how I go about doing this

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Do you mean you would like to add 2 more columns to the data? If so, the best way is to insert the columns inside your existing data as these will appear in your field list once the pivottable has been refreshed. If the columns fall outside of your existing data then go to "change data source" and specify the new data range you wish to use.

If you are looking to create two new columns within your pivottable based on your existing data, then you would need to create a calculated field which can be found under PivotTable options...

Hope this makes sense!

Thanks for the help, much appreciated. I added two new colummns to the pivot Table by inserting a calculated field

The data is 100% correct.

Would it be possible to cocatenate part of the headings in the two new columns added with the raw data for eg one of the headings the I added in C4 is "Average usage 2011". Next year this will change to Average usage 2012? I would like to know whether I can use a formula such as ="Average Usage "&'Table 1'!M8&"" additional columns added in a Pivot Table and if so how do Ido this
