Adding an Extra Function to this IF formula

Hello,

I would like to say thanks in advance for any help with this. I am using this formula in cell J4

=IF(OR(V4=FALSE),SUM(B4:C4)-H4+D4,+N4-H4)

I would like to add the function if cell AI 4 is blank or zero, then J4 returns blank. So in other words there must be a value above zero in AI4 or a blank cell is displayed

=IF(AI4>0,if(V4=FALSE,SUM(B4:C4)-H4+D4,+N4-H4),"")
