Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Hi and welcome to MrExcel.

when press save button the plate number should add in columns D to H according to the selection of combo box.
Try this:

VBA Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
  Dim f As Range
  If lstCar.ListIndex > -1 Then
    Set f = Sheet1.Range("A1:H1").Find(lstCar.Value, , xlValues, xlWhole, , , False)
    If Not f Is Nothing Then
      Sheet1.Cells(Rows.Count, f.Column).End(3)(2).Value = txtCar.Value
    End If
  Else
    MsgBox "Enter Owner"
    lstCar.SetFocus
  End If
End Sub
