Hi,
I'd like to search a range for a value by comparing it to a value selected in a combobox and, get the cell number for example A2 and offset it by 2 columns and put in a value that was put in a textbox that cell. Can you please provide the VB code to accomplish this.

Thanks

Assuming that you mean using a userform, try like this

Code:
Private Sub ComboBox1_Change()
Dim Found As Range
Set Found = Columns("A").Find(what:=ComboBox1.Value, LookIn:=xlValues, lookat:=xlWhole)
If Not Found Is Nothing Then Found.Offset(, 2).Value = TextBox1.Text
End Sub
