adding dynamic variable to name manager names

Just regular excel this time...

I have a certain cell called with the name manager Main_variable1, Main_variable2 and Main_variable3

Is it however possible to in a formula, when in cell A4 i have a value x,
to get in another cell for example:
10 + main_variablex

where the x should be replaced by either 1, 2 or 3 (which is in cell A4)
