Hey Guys

I have a daily total that I'd like to add up to create a weeks total over the length of a year.

IE

C D E F G H I
1 2 3 4 9 3 2

How can I do this, without doing it manually

IE

=SUM(C3:I3)

I would then want to drag the formula to add J3:P3 then Q3:W3 ect ,ect

Thanks

Excel Facts

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Welcome to the board.

Drag it which way? Down or Right

Drag DOWN
=SUM(OFFSET(C$3:I$3,0,(ROWS(A$1:A1)-1)*7))

Drag RIGHT
=SUM(OFFSET($C3:$I3,0,(COLUMNS($A1:A1)-1)*7))

DO NOT CHANGE the A1:A1 ranges, they have nothing to do with the location of your data.

Hope that helps.
